Caprese Salad features heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Also back is our Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Flatbread, finished post-bake with creamy burrata, fresh garlic, basil, and a balsamic drizzle.

Looking for someone who is passionate about house made brick oven pizza, excited about building relationships with customers and colleagues, and is a dependable, hard worker. Hey! Hey! The day has come to share the end result of our 2025 Home Brew Contest! Stephen Goadhouse brewed the winning entry, BRAVE HELIOS, WAKE UP YOUR STEEDS: a 7.0% west coast IPA chockablock with Centennial, Riwaka, and Idaho 7. He and I scaled up the recipe, brewed it on the Heliotrope system, and entered it in the Virginia Brewers Guild’s inaugural Pro-Am beer competition. Wish us luck! In the meantime, swing by and try it for yourself! (P.s. bonus points if you recognize where Stephen got that beer name)
