July is nearly here, and we've got plenty to celebrate! 🎉

First, y'all have made it very clear just how much you've loved our June menu. We normally introduce new menu items at the start of each month, but we're keeping these favorites around through the holiday. So if you've been craving the Layered Caesar Salad, Mozzarella Basil Focaccia, or Summer Tomato Basil Soup, you've got a little extra time to enjoy them before they're gone. 🍅

Next, Ethel Janes will be open this Saturday, July 4! Gather your friends and family, and stop by for lunch, dinner, cocktails, or all three. We look forward to being a part of your holiday weekend. 🎆

This Derby Day, we’re keeping it classic… with a Texas twist. 🏇

BENDT Texas Julep

2 oz UNBendt Straight Bourbon - Bottled-in-Bond
1/2 oz simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves + 1 sprig for garnish
Crushed ice

Lightly muddle mint with simple syrup. Add bourbon, pack with crushed ice, and stir until the glass frosts. Top with more ice and a fresh mint bouquet.

Enjoy!

Agave Barrel 3619 has been sampled, rested, revisited, and held back until there was no question - it’s ready.

Aged just over 4 1/2 years, this BENDT-made craft agave spirit delivers richness, structure, and balance that rivals anything in its class. It may not technically be Tequila by name, but it is unmistakably in its league.

Each year at BENDT, we take time to service and clean our rooftop solar panels. It’s a seemingly simple act, but one that makes a measurable difference. The shift in energy output before and after is always striking - a clear reminder that even the smallest maintenance can have meaningful impact.

It’s easy to overlook something that’s quietly doing its job day after day. But when we give it the attention it deserves, the results speak for themselves. It’s not about perfection. It’s about intention.
