Job Functions: Greet, assist, and help customers select ho**ah flavors and options by presenting the menu, suggesting items, explaining the specials of the day/week, and answering any ho**ah preparation questionsPerform a mandatory check of identification of customers to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of ho**ah servicesServe orders taken, as needed, and extend friendly and courteous mannerisms while maintaining the highest standard of quality service to each table during the entire stay of each customerMonitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with their service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any concerns, complaints, and/or problems with a positive attitudeCollaborate with and assist other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff as neededAvailable for additional duties, which may include escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, operating a cash register, side work and running food to tables as neededMaintain possession of sales receipts (cash and charges) for accuracy of accounting for sales at the end of your shiftAssist in ordering and maintaining inventory of restaurant suppliesEnsure stocking of a variety of restaurant suppliesPerform cleaning duties, such as cleaning ho**ah towers and station, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trashProtects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage and ho**ah policiesAppropriate personal appearance to meet company standards and policyRequirements - Knowledge.
