Working Manager of a Bar with Airbnb Above.

Position Overview:
As the Manager of a Bar with Airbnb Above, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar while also managing the Airbnb accommodation located above the bar. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure the smooth functioning of both the bar and the Airbnb rental.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bar Management:
- Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, including opening and closing protocols, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate to create and update the bar menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and trends.
2. Customer Service:
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for bar patrons, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Regularly interact with customers to build relationships and receive feedback on the bar's offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
3. Airbnb Management:
- Manage the Airbnb rental located above the bar, including guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure the accommodation is clean, well-maintained, and meets the standards set by Airbnb.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers to the bar, including online and offline promotions, events, and collaborations.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote the bar and Airbnb rental, engaging with potential customers and responding to inquiries.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to alcohol service, health and safety, and accommodation rentals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons, implementing necessary measures to prevent incidents and accidents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality management is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff training.
- Familiarity with Airbnb or other vacation rental platforms is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media strategies.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to alcohol service and accommodation rentals.
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.
