Stop in tonight to J P Edwards Grill & Bar any time after 5:00 for the tapping if their first GRAVITY FED FIRKIN! This month's selection is Blue Point Winter Ale aged on Cocoa Beans and Orange Peels.

A Firkin is a style of keg which not does use CO2, but rather gravity to push beer out of the keg. Thus, you get a naturally fermented and carbonated beer in a small batch.
