Nervously bottled the Munich Helles. I will let them sit for week and off they go to the National Homebrew Competition...fingers crossed🍺🍺🍺🍺

And I was able to keg a Munich Helles, of sort, with an Irish Red yeast. Not too sure what that makes it??? But at least it's BEER!!

Bye bye long over night soaks... super clean in half an hour with a DIY keg and fermentation bucket cleaner.

Brewed my first lager (Munich Helles) on new year's day and the smell from the fermentation chamber is horrendous. I know they can give off sulfur but holy hell... it's strong. Fingers crossed.

Enjoying a Belgian Wheat and feeling accomplished. The swing tops where a little confusing at first but couple beers later...nailed it!!haha. Next item on the list...a Beer Gun to fill these up!!!
