Let’s talk hops!

After visiting Yakima Valley, Washington, for this year’s hop harvest, our team brought that experience back to the brewery to evaluate samples and select the varieties that will shape our b**rs in the year ahead.

By rubbing and smelling hop samples, we can explore their unique aromas and characteristics before choosing the lots we want to brew with.

These hops will eventually make their way into favorites like Stowaway, Coastal Haze and Coastal Storm!
