Tomorrow evening, Vino Del Mar welcomes Karen Sposato and Eduardo Nogal, Director of Operations for Sposato Family Vineyards**, for a special four-course Argentine w**e dinner.

Chef Javiah has created a menu designed to complement the w**es of Mendoza:

🥖 Chorizo Pan
Baguette, chive oil, pico de gallo and lemon oil

🧀 Provoleta
Provolone fondue with olive oil, hazelnut and yuzu roll

🥩 Carne Asada
Chimichurri, ensalada criolla, arugula and tortillas

🍫 Cinnamon Churros
Dipped in White Chocolate with Chocolate Caramel Dipping Sauce

Eduardo will guide us through each pairing and share how Mendoza’s unique soils, climate and landscape influence every w**e in your glass.
