BREAKING NEWS!!!

Because the poll was so close (and because the Cape Gazette loves us 😉) we have secured a second spot in the bracket for our Milton location bartender with the most votes- Korin!! Congratulations, Korin and best of luck!!

A few things we learned in the poll:

☘️All of our bartenders are special parts of the team. Together, they make magic!
☘️ Our regulars are LOYAL!! Many thanks to everyone who took the time to vote, like and comment! We were overwhelmed with all the love!

As we sip our much needed coffee this morning, we realize a couple of things:

☘️ We did not take nearly enough pics yesterday! (We borrowed most of these from Steph, Paige and Ann. Thanks!)

☘️ We have the best regulars in the world! Thank you all for making this another amazing St Patrick’s Day! You came early, ate, danced, partied, were patient with the wait, and kind to our staff. You make all this hard work worth it.

☘️ The Hit the Bottle Boys just get better every year!! And it should go without saying, how much we love Fisher & Maher! There is a reason these two acts have become IE traditions!

☘️ Our staff are PHENOMENAL! Just Olympic-level endurance, speed, and good cheer! We literally could not pull off a day like yesterday without the dedication and hard work of so many people. From the hosts working tirelessly to get everyone sat as quickly as possible, managing waitlists and expectations to the servers and bartenders on the front line, the bussers, barbacks and food runners hauling all the heavy stuff through the throngs, to the unsung heroes of every busy day - the cooks and prep cooks and dishwashers making absolute magic out of madness… and first and finally, Dana and her crack team of managers who somehow bring this team together and keep them all moving in the same direction while fixing this and remembering that and helping out on the line, behind the bar, bussing tables and still making sure the staff eats!

From the bottom of our big Irish hearts, thank you all for making Irish Eyes magic once again! This was one for the history books!

We couldn’t let this day go by without wishing Kathy and Mike a super happy wedding anniversary. Busting their butts on a record breaking busy day at the restaurant was probably not the most romantic way to spend their anniversary but we were sure grateful to have them on the team today! 💚💚
