The 1st Edition (2007) is a cask strength bottling distilled before the original Heaven Hill distillery fire, ranging from 121.4 to 129.6 proof across five batches.

The 2nd Edition (2008) is a remarkable 27-year-old selected from low-temperature rickhouse barrels.

This one-off bottling revives Colonel Taylor's original souring process from the late 1800s, a method where the mash soured naturally over several days in a drop tub before fermentation and distillation. Distilled in 2002 and bottled-in-bond at 100 proof, it's widely considered one of the most collectible bottles in the entire E.H. Taylor line.
