Today, something extraordinary officially enters the world — and somehow, one bottle found its way to The Saloon. 🌵

Meet Calle 23 Criollo El Dos.

Eight years ago, tequila maker Sophie Decobecq began experimenting with something that didn't yet exist. What followed, in her own words, was “a long path of experimentation, doubts, and countless tastings.”

The result is El Dos: an extraordinarily limited blend of barrel-aged Criollo tequilas, bringing together the character of reposado, añejo, and extra añejo.

Only 3,932 bottles exist worldwide.

We received one.
