Pollyanna Brewing Company

11/04/2026

We recently brought together the amazing women of Pollyanna and The Optimists for a Women’s Brew Day, with a visit from Pink Heals Joliet Area Chapter to show their support for women and the community. It was a day about collaboration, empowerment, and celebrating the incredible women who make our industry what it is.

But just one week before brew day, our Pollyanna family received unexpected news: our very own Roselle server, Amanda, was diagnosed with breast cancer. If you've ever met Amanda, you know she is the epitome of positivity and sunshine in human form.

Our original plan was to release Hoppy Hilde as a special Roselle anniversary b**r, but sometimes life reminds us what really matters. Community. Showing up. Supporting one another. And being there when it matters most.

So, we're turning this b**r into something bigger. A portion of ALL Hoppy Hilde sales will be donated directly to support Amanda as she begins this journey. We believe b**r brings people together, but it's the people who make a community.

Now, more than ever, we're asking our community to come together for Amanda.

Raise a glass, grab a Hoppy Hilde, and help us show Amanda just how much love surrounds her. Because it takes a village, and Amanda, you've got one behind you. 💗

Happy Friday! We've got Happytimessnackshack smashin' patties and tossin' fries from 5-9pm. John Boda is also braving the heat and bringing the musical heat from 7-10pm.

If you haven't stopped by to try our anniversary b**rs, what are you waiting for!?

If you’ve sat in these seats, you already know...

You’ve had the “okay, we should probably go” conversation at least 45 minutes before actually leaving. You’ve had great conversations, terrible conversations, and conversations that absolutely stayed at the table.
..and after 12 years, we can confirm one thing: your butt might hurt after a while, so thanks for staying. 😂

Our 12th Anniversary celebration is going all weekend through Sunday, so you’ve got plenty of time to come claim your usual seat.

Now pouring til we're out:
✱ 12th Anniversary L***r, an English-Style Helles, 4.6% ABV
✱ Wild Berry 12th Anniversary L***r, 4.6% ABV
✱ Rum Barrel Aged 10th Anniversary Baltic Porter, 11.5% ABV
✱ Coconut Rum Barrel Aged 10th Anniversary Baltic Porter, 11.5% ABV

Come grab a b**r, get started on your Anniversary Bingo card (iykyk), and sit for a while.
