Next batch of mead is about to be ready! This batch we smoked the honey with cherry wood for 8 hours giving a unique flavor nodes of bacon. This batch we are calling WARPIG.

Well the fourth batch from spotted lab is all bottled. This batch is an Amber ale inspired by my favorite local Vermont brew Long Trail. Any suggestions for a name? Remember has to be some sort of play on words involving something to do with dogs. let the waiting begin.
