Starting tonight, you’re going to begin seeing some changes to this page as we officially begin the transition into Giovanni’s Pizzeria Takeout Express!

Don’t worry—our location at 607 Williams Ave will remain open during the transition with the same menu you’ve been enjoying. But behind the scenes, we’re hard at work building something we believe Lehigh is going to absolutely love.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be giving you exclusive sneak peeks, testing new menu items, running daily specials, and showing you exactly what this new concept is all about.

🚨 BIG NEWS LEHIGH ACRES! 🚨

A few months ago, we took a leap of faith and opened our kitchen at the Eagles Club. If we're being transparent, it's been a challenging journey. Between the location, visibility, and a few other factors, the business simply hasn't grown the way we hoped it would.

But if you've followed The Fat Cowboy for any length of time, you know one thing about us...

We don't quit.

We adapt. We evolve. We find a way.

So today we're officially announcing our next chapter:

🍕🇮🇹 GIOVANNI'S TAKEOUT EXPRESS 🇮🇹🍕

Think Chinese takeout... but Italian.

That's right.

Fast ordering. Quick pickup. Delivery. Curbside service. Or dine in if you don't mind the club atmosphere.

Our goal is simple: create something convenient, affordable, and exciting for busy families who don't always have time to sit down for a full restaurant experience.

We're talking:

And one of the best parts?

The Fat Cowboy will be at the helm, backed by a phenomenal chef with over 20 years of experience who has helped oversee some of Southwest Florida's most recognized pizza operations.

The truth is, we've searched high and low for a standalone location. Unfortunately, the numbers just don't make sense right now. But we're committed to Lehigh Acres. We believe this community deserves more food options, more variety, and more locally owned businesses willing to invest in it.

So instead of walking away, we're doubling down.

We're building something different.

Something new.

Something we believe Lehigh doesn't currently have.

Will it work?

We sure hope so.

Maybe it's a huge risk. Maybe it fails. But I'd rather take a shot at building something special than sit back wondering "what if."

We're investing our time, energy, and resources into making this happen because we truly believe Giovanni's Takeout Express can become something Lehigh can be proud of.

We're not ready to announce an opening date just yet, but trust me when I say we've been working hard behind the scenes and off camera to bring this vision to life.
