Hey all! Sunni here👋🏻. JEREMY UPDATE:

Just had our first follow up visit with the oncologist. The look on his face when he saw just how well Jeremy was doing definitely told us that we are doing all the right things! He was VERY pleased with progress! We have a few options to continue treating the cancer on his lungs and are excited to get started. We’ve managed to put about 4 # on him since he’s been home ❤️.

We aren’t sure yet about the financial implications of the new treatment option. If you haven’t already, check out one of the previous posts to take a look at our silent auction!! In the meantime, take a look at this fella! AND…we will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary tomorrow!!!

Hey all! Sunni here 👋🏻 JEREMY UPDATE:

Well look what the cat dragged out of the hospital!!!! So glad to be home! He’s a little bit skinnier but I suppose that’s bound to happen when you go almost a week with nothing to eat. I’m sure with everyone’s help we can all get him fattened up ❤️.

For those who have not heard, our amazing friends, customers, and community have rallied and donated some AMAZING items for our silent auction fundraiser for Jeremy. Hey all! Sunni here 👋🏻. Sorry for no update yesterday but I promise today’s will make up for it! I literally can’t believe his resilience. His guy absolutely refuses to let anything, not even cancer, not even a 5 hour surgery, stop him. I talked to him this morning and he was already up and doing brewery work on his laptop 😒.

Got to the hospital to visit and got to see him up and cruising the halls. Jeremy has all but 2 drains, feeding tube, and his IV OUT (he started with 7😬)!!! He is able to start clear fluids (first time hes been able to eat or drink anything since last Tuesday!)! Jeremy is on a mission and hell-bent to get back to work. He said he’s ready to see all his customers❤️.

Hey all! Sunni here 👋🏻! I’m sitting up here at the Goat with some pretty awesome people taking about Jeremy’s amazingness. This fella…y’all…I can’t even begin to tell you.

Went to see him at the hospital today and he looks even better every day. We are making progress and his surgical team couldn’t be more pleased!

Jared Saxon and Syrena Saxon came by to check in and make sure he’s following all the rules 😬. Peep his goals in the comments.

Guys…we don’t ask for a lot but please continue to pray! They’re working!

JEREMY UPDATE:

Sunni here 👋🏻. I went up and sat with Jeremy for a couple hours. If not for the pain he’d be feeling great! Still trying to get his pain to a point where he can do more walking and such. He was finally able to stand up long enough to brush his teeth and wash his face. Got up with PT and walked to the nurses station and back with a walker. Got cleared to eat ice chips. He was super sleepy just because…well…it’s a hospital and the pain.

Jeremy update (Sunni here👋🏻):

Surgery went incredibly well yesterday and pathology shows they were able to remove all of the cancer from his pancreas! GOD IS SO GOOD!!! Last night was rough, hard time sleeping and dealing with pain. We have an amazing team and they seem to have gotten his pain under control❤️. In true Jeremy fashion, he’s already been up and in the chair!
