VENDORS WANTED! 🍻🥨

When the Railyard Concert Series came together, the goal was pretty simple: create a place for more live music in Leeds, support local musicians, and give people another reason to gather downtown.

What started with a new stage and a handful of sponsors turned into a full concert series made possible by local businesses, community partners, and the people who kept showing up.

Now we’re getting ready to close out the series with Railyard Oktoberfest on Sunday, September 27 — and we want local vendors to be part of it.

We’re looking for a fun mix of artists, makers, food vendors, local businesses, specialty vendors, interactive experiences, and more. If you want to lean into the Oktoberfest theme with food, products, décor, activities, or specials, we’d love that too — but it’s absolutely not required.

Vendor Hours: 10 AM–5 PM
Setup Begins: 8 AM
Vendor Fee: $25
Application Deadline: August 31
Payment Deadline for Accepted Vendors: September 7

Applications will be reviewed as they come in so we can build a varied lineup and avoid having too many vendors offering the same thing.
