> Here are some questions I get frequently and thought this may help you. Let me know if you or anyone else has additional questions. :0)
>
>
> Q: How do they work? Do they all plug in?
> A: The full size and mid size warmers have a cord and plug in. They are good for kitchens and liv
ing rooms. The plug-ins plug right into the wall and double as a night lights which are great for bathrooms.
>
> Q: Do the warmers come with scents?
> A: The warmers and scents are sold separately. The best deals are the packages in the back of the book. Each package tells you what the savings are.
>
> Q: Do I pay for the order up front?
> A: Yes. You can pay by cash, checks made payable to Gloria DePasquale or credit card. If paying by credit card the bottom of the order form has to be filled out entirely with a signature.
>
> Q: How long does it take for my order to come in?
> A: Once the party closes (up to the hostess) I will place the order. Scentsy will ship it within 10 business days. The hostess will receive all orders and be responsible for distrubuting them.
>
> Q: How much is shipping?
> A: With a party order of $150 and up there is no shipping. You only need to add 6.35% sales tax to your order.
>
> Q: What's the difference between the Scentsy Bars and the Scensty Bricks?
> A: The Scentsy bars are smaller. There are 8 cubes in a bar and the "scent" time is 60-80 hours and the cost is $5. The bricks are equal to 6 bars and sell for $20 which is more for your money. I always tell people that if they have a favorite scent, order the brick.
>
> Q: How many cubes do I use in each warmer?
> A: For the full and mid size warmers I recommend 3-4 cubes. You can put an enitre bar in the full size; it's really up to you. In the plug-ins I only use 1 cube out of a bar. You do not want to get it so full that it makes a mess when you try to change it.
>
> Q: What do you do when the scent is gone or you want to change the scent?
> A: When the wax is melted you can pour it back into the original container or any other container. Wipe the warmer out with a paper towel and put another scent in. You can reuse the scents if they still have a smell making it possible to change your scent as often as you'd like. The wax will never evaporate; it just eventually loses it smell and at that time you can discard it.
>
> Q: How does the wax melt?
> A: Each warmer has a light bulb (included with purchase). The light bulb slowly melts the wax.
>
> Q: How often should I change my scent?
> A: That is totally up to you. If you can no longer smell it the scent is ready to be changed. If you leave the warmers on 24/7 you will change about once a week. Remember each bar has 8 cubes and one bar lasts about 60-80 hours. If you only turn it on a couple hours a day, you will change it less often.

> Q: Are the hanging car fresheners better than others you purchase from a store?
> A: Some scents are stronger than others and seem to last longer. I don't think they are any better or worse than ones you buy at the store. A little trick I've found that works awesome is if you buy the hanging freshener and a spray of the same scent, you can spray you hanging freshener to "rejuvenate" the smell. You will want to avoid getting the spray on your dashboard or interior.
>
> Q: As a hostess what do I get?
> A: In the back of the book you will see how much free product and how many half-priced items you will receive. It varys depending on your sales before tax. You cannot use your free product toward your half price items. You are not required to use all your half priced items but if you don't use them at the close of your party you will lose them unfortunately. FUNDRAISERS do not get the free and half price items but will receive 25% of the sales (before tax).
>
> Q: Do the Scent Paks, Travel Tins, Solid Perfumes and Fragrance Foam come in all scents?
> A: No, refer to the catalog. Each item has a code, SP, TT, or FF, PF and it lists what scents come in each. The new book that began March 2011 has new scents for each of these items.

> Q: Which warmers are considered specialty warmers and can I use them in the combine and save?
> A: The specialty warmers are the Campus Collection and the Patriot (Military) warmers in addition to Sasha the Bear which benefits the Ronald McDonald House. These cannot be part of a combine and save pack. The reason for this is because each one is $35 ($5 more than a regualr full size warmer). Each warmer sold benefits that organization. For example, if you buy a College warmer, money is donated toward that school. The Patriot collection warmers benefit that branch of the military.
>
>
> Q: Why are some Full and Mid-Size warmers now considered "Premium"?
> A: The Premium warmers cost more to make and have more detail or embellishments. Because of this Scentsy has raised the price on these select warmers. Refer to the top of each page to determine if the warmer is premium or regular.
