Okay, this seriously made our day 😂

A gentleman came in today and told me he asked Google AI, “Who has the best migas in League City?” and Google told him Barcenas Mexican Grill, Marina Bay.

Of course, we asked him to show us because we needed proof 😂 Here’s the video!

He tried them, had a great time, and told me Google did not steer him wrong. 🥰

One of my jobs is tasting the food and making sure it’s good enough for our customers. Hard job, I know 😂 but someone has to do it.

So I had Victor prepare the Lengua a la Vizcaína, which yes… is cow tongue. 😂 I was probably just as hesitant as some of you are reading that. As a little girl I remember trying lengua tacos, and the flavor was always there, but the texture would throw me off.

Anyway, I had to take one for the team 😂 Victor made it following Mr. Barcenas’ recipe, thank you sir! I told myself I was just going to taste it…

Well, first bite… YUM. No weird texture, just tender deliciousness! 😂 Victor and I both got hooked and kept going back for more. We even had to order more tortillas!

And let’s just say the rice and beans didn’t stand a chance either because that plate was CLEAN. 😂😂
