What is a Key Holder?
A Key Holder is a trusted leader responsible for opening and/or closing the restaurant, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, supporting the management team, leading staff during shifts, providing excellent guest service, handling cash and deposits, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and helping resolve guest concerns when managers are unavailable.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has restaurant leadership experience
• Is dependable, organized, and punctual
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Can lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Is available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Can confidently open and close the restaurant
