Tako N Tequila is the creation of Chef Campos. Mr.

Campos started working in the restaurant business since he was 15. He started as a bus boy in an Italian restaurant then moved to a sports bar working as a server. He joined the Marine Corps in 2001 and moved to California. This is where he got his culinary training. He would cook for ~500 Marines a day and he absolutely loved what he did. After Marine Corps, Chef Campos worked at a French restaurant in California. He then furthered his culinary skills by helping open a high-end restaurant in the Madison Club in California. Tako N Tequila brings him back to his roots and gives him an opportunity to do what he does best – serve and entertain friends and family alike:)

In addition to creating the delicious menu, please check out some of the artwork that are on display in our restaurant. During his spare time, Chef Campos likes to draw!!
