🎱 KING OF THE HILL – 9-Ball Tournament at FLIX Billiards 🎱
Ready for a different kind of tournament? Join us tonight at FLIX Billiards for our King of the Hill 9-Ball Tournament — designed for less waiting and more pool!
How It Works
The format is simple:
Win the table, keep the table until you lose. (Multiple Tables in Play)
Every win earns you 1 point.
At the end of the night, the players with the highest point totals win.

Payouts
💰 Payouts to:
1st Place
2nd Place
3rd Place
Top Female Player (“Queen”)
Tie Rules:
If two players tie for 1st, the combined 1st and 2nd place payouts will combined and then split evenly.
If two players tie for 3rd, the 3rd place payout will be split evenly between the two players.
Match Format
The current winner (“King”) racks the balls.
The incoming player (“Challenger”) breaks.
This format keeps the action moving and gives everyone a chance — including opportunities for quick wins with an early 9-ball. It also helps prevent higher skill-level players from running too far ahead.
Why This Format?
Traditional double-elimination tournaments often involve long waits and early exits. With King of the Hill:
✅ More playing time
✅ No “2 and out” frustration
✅ Continuous action all night long
Need a Break?
No problem. If you’d like to sit out temporarily, just let me know and your name will be paused in the queue. When you’re ready to jump back in, you’ll be added right back into rotation.
Tournament Details
🕗 Start Time: 8:00 PM sharp
⏰ End Time: Midnight
Late arrivals are welcome — even if you show up at 10 PM, you can still join and compete for a payout.
Games already in progress at midnight will be allowed to finish, but no new breaks will start after 12:00 AM.
