"Exciting News: We're Moving to a New Location!"

Dear valued clients,

I hope this message finds you well and that you had a wonderful start to the new year. I wanted to take a moment to provide you with some important updates regarding changes that will be taking effect starting March 1st.

First and foremost, I am thrilled to announce that we will be relocating our studio! After an extensive search, we have found a new, larger space that will better accommodate our growing needs. The new address is 628 E Parent Ave. Royal Oak, MI 48067, which is just a short 10-minute drive from our current location. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown RO, the new studio offers ample private parking and convenient access to I-696. I believe this move will actually shorten the commute for many of you, as it is conveniently located near the freeway. To help you visualize the change in distance, I have attached some photos of the new location. I recommend plugging the address into your GPS for a better understanding of the proximity to your own location.

In addition to the exciting move, we are also planning to upgrade all of our equipment to new luxury items. This investment will ensure that we continue to provide you with the highest quality service and results.

I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that, effective March 1st, there will be a $10 increase in all menu pricing. This adjustment is necessary to support the growth and sustainability of our business. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support throughout the years. It is because of clients like you that I have been able to build and thrive in this industry for the past four years.

The month of March also marks my fifth anniversary as a lash technician, and I am truly grateful for every client who has chosen to patronize my business. Despite the challenges faced in 2020, I have experienced nothing but success, and I owe it all to you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Good afternoon! Thank you for taking the time to read through this message of updates coming June 1st.

This email is in regards to pricing and schedule changes for all the clients of Lunar Lash Bar - Shawna Gray. Effective on June 1, 2023 my pricing will be changing around slightly, with a flat rate of $45 for a 1 week fill, $60 for a 2 week, and $75 for a 3 week fill. This will be in effect regardless of if the set is a classic, light volume (hybrid), or full volume. As a result of these pricing changes I’m now able to offer a SMS reminding system to help supplement for email reminding. In the future please be aware you’ll receive both text message and email reminders.

For scheduling changes I will now be extending my hours on Sunday to be available from 12-7:30pm. If you have any questions regarding any of these changes you can contact me directly at 248-934-0281 or email [email protected]

If you’re looking for an appointment that’s not available on my website please contact me at 248-934-0281. I’ve created a weekly waitlist for any instances of last minute cancellations or rescheduling.

Lastly, I’d like to bring to attention my cancellation and no show policy. To avoid deposit forfeiture please cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours in advance of your originally appointment time. All appointments that are missed with no communication are classified as a no-show. No-show appointments are required to cover the full cost of missed appointment.

These changes are being made with my current rapid clientele growth. I thank you for your continued loyalty, as I continue to navigate our current economic environment to be able to offer you top quality service.

Beware! Just because your extensions are lashing 4+ weeks does not mean they’re good for you. If you swipe you can see along her lash line those black dots are clumps of excessive glue. This is very damaging to your natural lashes and with time can cause severe damage.
