Only two days left to pick up a bottle of the best whiskey in the Capital Region before Thanksgiving! (Open 3-7 today, 12-5 Saturday)

Traditional stills rely on the distiller's subjective judgment to cut the toxic heads from their spirits, but through the power of engineering we completely remove all the nasty volatiles before the finished spirits exit the still. Then we use those volatiles to power a tiny light show. Bonus video included.

NEW LAUNCH TODAY!

We're releasing our first batch of bourbon and single malt rye whiskey today! Both made with local upstate NY grains, the bourbon has aged for 22 months, while the single malt rye has aged 13 months. Once batch 1 is gone, it's gone, so grab a bottle while you can!

Hello! In anticipation of football season, we will be changing our tasting room hours after this weekend from 12-5 on Saturday and Sunday to 3-7 on Thursday and Friday, and 12-5 on Saturday.
