Give it up for Javi! He's our October employee of the month and he deserves every ounce of recognition that he received today. Javier has been a part of our team for many, many years now. He works for us in the morning, swing shift and graveyard. He will fill in as a busser and never says no when we call him in last minute to cover a shift. On top of all of his hard work, he is one of the happiest people to be around. He has the perfect attitude to keep everyone in a good mood and laughing. We are all thankful to have him on our team and lucky that he has stayed with us for so many years.

Come join our team! We are looking for a swing shift server to join our team asap. Must have Tam, health, social and valid ID. Please come in to apply Mon-Thurs 7 am to 2 pm. No phone calls, please. Ask for Erin.

Time to show this superstar some love for being our 💛September Employee of the Month💛! Doris has been a integral part of our wonderful place for many, many years. In the eight years that I have been lucky enough to manage Ichabod's she has called out one single time! She is so dedicated and reliable. Many people, including some in the industry have no idea what it takes to do her job as a hostess. It takes organizing, memorizing, trouble shooting, multi-tasking and patience beyond belief. She has all of that and more. On top of her amazing skills at work, she is one of the kindest and caring people I know with a great sense of humor. Cheers to Doris! (Be sure to congratulate her next time she seats you at your favorite table or fits you in last minute).

This lovely lady has been a loyal and dedicated employee with us at Ichabod's for over 18 years! She truly cares so much about her job, providing the best possible customer service and helping us all out any time we need her. She works and treats our beautiful restaurant as if it is her own and goes above and beyond to make sure we are stocked and ready for the next rush. She takes so much pride in her work and our place would not be what it is without her. Help us congratulate Kim as our August employee of the month for all her hard work and effort.
