It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our longtime team member, Bianca Mancini.

Bianca joined the Brooksy’s family on November 23, 2021, and for nearly four years she brought warmth, strength, and heart to our restaurant. She was more than a waitress — she was a friend, a teammate, and a familiar face to so many of our guests.

On Valentine’s Day, surrounded by love, her family made the incredibly difficult decision to let her rest peacefully. Our hearts are with her parents and loved ones during this unimaginable time.

Bianca was strong, vibrant, and deeply loved. Her heart — in every sense — was powerful, and her presence made a lasting impact on all of us. She will be profoundly missed by our staff and by many in our community.

If and when we receive information about services or ways to support her family, we will share it here.

Please keep Bianca’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
