Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive about the horrible situation that happened with my job this week that has left me seriously back and forth about my decision to leave the bar industry completely, (even the amazing folks at Royale with Cheese in Laporte, since I’m a VERY regular customer there have been great and showed me some amazing love and ShopRite tonight) & honestly it makes me feel amazing that so many people, people who know me and even people who don’t know me but have heard about my skills as a bartender and were very excited to try my menu at the new La Porte UNO’s, but are now very angry and disappointed that they now won’t be able to because of the unprofessionalism of certain people and behind the scenes decisions that should have never EVER been an issue, have supported me and showed me the love and care that they know I am worth.
They were told from day one that I had a following and that my bartending skills were at level beyond and people were so excited to experience it, and it’s going to be a very sad day when people go in there looking for me specifically who haven’t heard, or are expecting my cocktails that I gave me them the teaser menu to get excited over and see that both of those things are not part of their company.
You made your bed.… 🤷🏻‍♀️

So today I did a thing! Jolly Rancher infusion vodka, tequila, and rum! These are gonna be some pretty tasty try outs!! Oh and of course Yuuuup let’s not forget that Root Beer Float Old Fashioned!
I bet the bartender in the old school arcade game “Tapper” would have been ALL ABOUT THESE! Lol.

If you haven’t checked out my OLD menu, then the menu that’s currently getting hardcore worked on right now is going to be CRAZY AWESOME!
Now, just to come up with some new TV show, Movie, and comedic references to name a whole new menu! I’m insanely excited for this one to drop, y’all, last years menu was basic but still pretty bomb. But this years menu, after everything I’ve been learning and working on and truly been working hard toward building a better life after getting clean and sober, I have such better focus, determination, & more passion & devotion to the bar industry than I have ever had before, so prepare for this new menu that Illl be working on for the next couple days to straight

But every time I put her on or see/take her new photos, the first thing that pops to mind is “Why so SERIOUS?!”
