The Broz family is known for their over 70-year tradition of hospitality in the local restaurant industry. In the spring of 2017, they wanted to open up a place where customers could enjoy great food and great times, so they started Whistle Stop Tavern. You won’t be able to find better 16oz prime rib or stuffed Maine lobster in town. Whatever day you swing by, you’ll find an array of entertainment -- trivia, karaoke, Texas Hold ‘Em, you name it.

It is with a heavy heart that the Whistle Stop has had to close.
The property owners have signed a long term agreement with a major retailer and the property will be demolished and a 10k sq. ft dollar tree will be built over the next 6 months.
John and I would like to thank all of our patrons, especially the regular locals that have been so rewarding to serve and call friend's.
