Congratulations to Quinn O’Donnell, Program Manager of Volunteer, In Kind Donations, and Donor Database at Child and Family Charities for the 10 Over the Next Ten Award!

Quinn is a program manager in the development department at Child and Family Charities, coordinating volunteers, in-kind donations, and the donor database. Quinn also chairs the Capital District Libraries Board of Trustees and belongs to the Kiwanis Club of Lansing. Outside of work and meetings, Quinn enjoys spending time with a dog and two cats, reading, writing, and playing D & D with friends.

Quinn has chaired the Capital District Libraries Board since 2026.

Jazmin is the director of small business and equity programs at LEAP, building and leading entrepreneurship programs like SCALE, One & All, and Business Made Simple for Lansing-area small businesses. A former elected official and co-owner of Stay Rooted, Jazmin is also a community connector who leads community art meetups that bring creatives together, passionate about building creative, intentional community spaces grounded in authenticity and culture.

Jazmin served as an elected commissioner on the City of Lansing Charter Commission from 2024 to 2025.

Monique is a proud Lansing native and alum of Everett High School, who went on to graduate from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in administration with a concentration in leadership. Still holding onto a competitive athlete mentality, Monique is always looking for opportunities to grow, enjoys playing sports, and passes along that passion by coaching youth. Monique is on a mission to serve people and develop the next generation.

Congratulations to Kahleea Washington, Community Development Specialist at the Lansing Economic Development Corporation for the 10 Over the Next Ten Award.

Kahleea is an Illinois native, entrepreneur, and urban sociologist focused on how community investment shapes lived experience. In 2023, Kahleea moved to Michigan for a Community Development Fellowship with CEDAM and MEDC, leaving home to start a career in a new state. Three years later, Kahleea serves as the sole Community Development Specialist at the Lansing EDC, managing corridor programs, small business support, grants, and placemaking initiatives. This honoree also owns Sweet Lee's Teas, a local tea business.

Kahleea also serves on the Mid-Michigan Junior Achievement Associate Board.

As vice president of small business and innovation at LEAP, Harrison has deployed more than $1 million to regional small businesses, co-founded 517 E&I Week, and earned a Certified Economic Developer designation. An MSU alum, Historical Society board member, proud parent of twins, and dedicated Westside neighbor, Harrison is building the Lansing this honoree has always believed was possible. Since 2022, Harrison has served as Public Board Chair of the Lansing Regional SmartZone.
