🏆 Well, well, well... look who won last week.

Lansing took the WSOB win, and apparently victory tastes like MORE CHEESE.

Meet this week’s contender: the Parmesan Crunch Burger.
A hand-pattied burger loaded with sautéed mushrooms and onions, garlic sauce, mayo and crispy Parmesan chips that bring the salty, cheesy crunch. Because regular cheese clearly wasn’t dramatic enough.

You don't always need plans.

Sometimes Saturday is running errands and realizing nobody wants to cook.
Sometimes it's "meet us at One North" in the family group text.
Sometimes you stop in for 1 drink and find someone you know sitting 3 stools down.
And sometimes dinner turns into another round because nobody has anywhere else they need to be.

That's the kind of Saturday we like around here.

⚾ Week 9, and Lansing is letting the chef cook. Literally.

This week’s WSOB contender comes from Jordan, one of our talented One North chefs, and he clearly wasn’t interested in building an ordinary burger.

Meet the Black Garlic Burger.

This is one of those “we should probably sit outside” kind of days.

Grab your neighbor. Text the friend who owes you a catch-up. Sneak out of work a little early. We’re not here to judge.The patio is ready and Happy Hour runs until 6PM.

Bringing back old favorites was only part of the plan.

We’ve also been spending some time in the kitchen asking a pretty simple question: How can we make the things you already order even better?

So you’ll notice a few changes the next time you visit.
Our Nachos are getting a little more loaded with black beans and shredded lettuce.
The 1N Rice Bowl is saying goodbye to cilantro and lime sour cream and hello to avocado and jalapeño aioli.
Cheese Breadsticks now start with a garlic parmesan base because, frankly, bread + cheese + more garlic is solid Midwestern math.
And Wings? New sauces to explore and 10 wings in every order.

Nothing fancy. Just our kitchen crew tinkering, tasting and finding ways to put a little more flavor on the table.
