She founded Seminoe in 2021 after spending several years working remotely for a handmade jewelry supply company. Currently residing in Sweetwater County, she uses horsehair, flora and insect wings to create imprints in her handmade jewelry designs. In founding Seminoe, Wyoming's first permanent jewelry company was also born. She offers dozens of chain styles in Sterling Silver, 14k Gold-fill, & 14k Solid Gold. As a Metalsmith, Lacey exclusively offers handmade charms and connectors. Each piece is cut, drilled, and polished one by one. She uses the same metals to perfectly match her chain inventory. Equal experience is rare for other companies offering permanent jewelry services not only in the state, but nationwide. Five years. Thousands of welds. More meaningful stories than I could ever count.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the suite to celebrate Seminoe Metalsmithing’s fifth anniversary. Seeing familiar faces, welcoming new guests, and sharing this milestone together made the day incredibly special.

A heartfelt thank-you to Madi’s Tasty Creations and Johanna’s Vinyl Vault for joining the celebration and sharing their food, drinks, creativity, and time with our guests.

From the first permanent bracelet I welded to the thousands of precision welds completed since, the purpose has remained the same: to offer quality materials, careful custom fitting, and jewelry made to become part of your story. I am deeply grateful to every person who has trusted my hands and supported Wyoming’s first permanent jewelry company along the way.

To the guests who chose permanent jewelry during our anniversary celebration, I have a special thank-you gift waiting for you the next time you visit the suite.

Some pieces carry a story long before they're made.

A young man recently commissioned this sterling silver promise ring for his girlfriend to celebrate their two-year anniversary.

He provided the entire elk ivory tooth, which I carefully shaped, polished, and set by hand using sterling silver sheet and wire to create a one-of-a-kind piece for someone special.

A meaningful keepsake, made from something personal, to symbolize a promise.

Rawlins, thank you for such a warm welcome at the 2nd Annual Harvest Festival at the Blake!

It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new clients, and create pieces that carry personal meaning. This sterling silver cross bracelet was finished with a turquoise heart connector. Its distinctive blue-green color brings a beautiful touch of nature to the design.

Permanent jewelry, expressed two ways in 14k gold-filled.

One chain brings a subtle contrast with tiny sterling silver beads. The other makes a stronger statement through open geometric links that catch the light with every movement. Each bracelet was individually selected, custom fitted, and professionally welded for a seamless finish.

As I begin my sixth holiday season with Seminoe Metalsmithing, Fremont County has given me so much to be thankful for.

The support you showed me at the Lander Fall Craft Fair & Expo truly meant so much. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting so many new ones left me feeling deeply encouraged and grateful.

This sterling silver bracelet felt like the perfect piece to remember the weekend: a faceted chain finished with golden citrine and a rich garnet charm, carrying the colors of autumn.

Some pieces deserve a particularly careful hand.

Recently, I was trusted to replace the chain on this treasured custom necklace featuring elk ivory. The original pendant was created by an unknown artist, so my role was to preserve the integrity of their work while making the piece beautifully wearable again.

The customer wanted the new chain to draw greater attention to the diamonds surrounding the ivory. Together, we selected a sterling silver faceted-bar design whose reflective surfaces catch the light and echo their sparkle without competing with the pendant’s intricate metalwork.

Working with another artist’s creation requires restraint, respect, and precise workmanship. The result feels balanced, intentional, and true to the character of the original piece.
