Some days, Symposium gets dressed up just a little bit more.

Sunday was one of those days.

We had the joy of celebrating Fabi and the beginning of a beautiful new chapter, surrounded by family, friends, a very long table, plenty of bubbles and so much love.

These are the days we especially love what we do…watching our little space become part of someone’s story.

Here’s to Fabi & Joe, and all that comes next! 🥂

Women are a force in hospitality. We just don't get enough opportunities to be in the same room.

So we're especially excited to host the NYS Restaurant Association's Women in Hospitality Regional Happy Hour at Symposium on October 7.

Join us for a chance to step away from the day-to-day, meet other women across the industry, talk shop, make connections and maybe leave knowing a few more people in your corner.

Calling all Women In Hospitality! We invite you to join us for one of our upcoming WIH happy hour events in Rochester(10/6) or Buffalo(10/7).

If you haven't had the chance to attend our Women In Hospitality Conference, this is your opportunity to experience this beautiful, supportive network of women in our industry. Join us!

Some weeks call for a little ease. This is one of those weeks.

A little dinner, a glass of w**e and some music for our souls might just be what we all need tonight.

We hear the Nineties by Nature show is on rain or shine tonight, so we’ll be here serving up your favorite 90s-kid snacks and bevs! Throw on your best flannel… we’ll see you tonight!
