Get to know Casey!
A Lancaster native, Casey has spent her entire hospitality career in the restaurant industry. She got her start as a hostess at 17 and worked her way up to serving in her early twenties, discovering along the way that what she enjoys most is connecting with people.
Whether she's welcoming a couple celebrating a special occasion, a family gathering around the table, or a business traveler passing through town, Casey values the opportunity to cater to each guest's unique needs and create a memorable experience.
For her, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is building relationships with regular guests and getting to know the people who return time and time again. A successful evening isn't measured by how busy the dining room is, but by the connections formed throughout service and the feeling that every guest has been genuinely cared for.
When asked what sets Proof apart, Casey points to the restaurant's unique duality. "You can get comfy and cozy in a lounge chair with a cocktail or settle in for a full dinner experience," she says. "It's approachable for everyone." That balance between elevated dining and welcoming hospitality is something she believes makes Proof special.
