Congratulations to Our 2026 David Pedroza Sr. FCCLA Scholarship Recipients!

Pedroza's Mexican Food Restaurant is proud to recognize Elizabeth Cook and Abigail Perez as the recipients of the 2026 David Pedroza Sr. FCCLA Scholarship.

This scholarship was established to honor the legacy of David Pedroza Sr., whose life exemplified hard work, perseverance, and service. After spending the first half of his life farming, David transitioned into the restaurant industry, where he built more than a business—he built lasting relationships. He loved serving others, getting to know his customers, and making everyone who walked through the doors feel welcome.

Elizabeth and Abigail exemplify those same values through their dedication to FCCLA, their leadership, and their commitment to continuing their education.

We are honored to recognize their achievements and support them as they take the next step toward their future. Congratulations, Elizabeth and Abigail! We wish you continued success in all that lies ahead.

Great news! All repairs have been completed, and we have been given the all-clear.

Pedroza’s will reopen today for dinner at 5:30 PM!
