Los Chingones was conceived from the ground-up as Guard’s own twist on Mexico. If you like to mix sublime pleasure with excruciating pain, you might dutifully consider the habanero salsa (a.k.a. “f*king hot”). If it crawls or walks, Los Chingones cooks and tucks them into some amazing tacos; including “wild card” proteins like kangaroo, snake, and camel (things like lamb neck, chicken leg, steelhead trout and beef tongue are available to the more faint of heart).
