We service all sizes of gatherings for birthdays, weddings, anniversary parties, holiday parties, or even a "just for the hell of it" party! We offer a fully customizable drink menu of your choice themed for your party. We include all glassware as well and also have copper mugs for mules. I must warn you though, if you try Nixology, you will probably never want to have another party without it!

Finally finished my custom 24 bottle wine rack made with very old sun stained barn wood veneer, inspired by a wine rack that made for me back in the loft days. He also supplied the wood and I would be remiss not to mention the great help from my nephew Langston! I added my favorite Santa Barbara valley wines! &vineyards

TrAk Athletics and Nixology hosted our annual Bourbon & Barbells event last night! We blind taste tested 6 whiskeys and rated them. I tried to bring in whiskeys that have profiles very different from each other so we could better distinguish which flavors we prefer. We had a high rye, a high corn, a wheater, a sour mash, and then a couple classic bourbons. It’s really interesting because some people prefer the absolute smoothest which was Willett in this case and others preferred the sweet corn taste of Mellow Corn (MFC). And then you have others that preferred the smoothness and great taste of the wheat in Weller’s or the heat and high rye flavors of OG114 or Rare Breed. The results were all over the board but it just goes to show that there is no right answer to what is the best bourbon in most cases! Different strokes for different folks! This was a lot of fun to host and we look forward to doing this event again next year!

It’s a great feeling to finish up a party that went extremely well. Being a part of a family or business Christmas party is an honor, and having the invite back every year proves to me that we really do take part in bringing that enjoyment to the next level. It’s not always just about the delicious drinks; the company and conversations really make it fun and the reason we continue to venture on with Nixology. Thanks again to all of our holiday clients and bringing the enjoyment to your family and friends, and us too. Cheers!

Several years back TrAk Athletics asked about our mobile bar service and booked us for their first anniversary party. It was a ton of fun for us and the guests loved it too! We were so early on and still actually used a folding table for the actual bar! 😳

Fast forward almost 4 years and 10 TrAk/Nixology events later...last night was TrAk’s annual “Bourbon & Barbells” event designed to bring their male members together to hang out, have a blind taste test of 5 bourbons, and indulge in some great bourbon cocktails!

TrAk Athletics and Dave and Lauren have really built something special. Every time we bartend their events, the members are just incredibly warm and we really enjoy “working” and spending time with them! Last night was no different, such a great time with some great bourbons and some great dudes! Thanks again, TrAk Athletics!
