You can find us at our stand at the Lakewood Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 10am until 1pm. The market runs now until October 6th. We have been making nacho kale chips, pizza kale chips, apple chips, chzcakes, chz spreads and dips, nut butters, trail mixes, cookies, flat breads and more. All raw, vegan, delicious and healthy. Have a special request? We can do that too. Ask about our raw cakes for your next celebration. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far this season! Its been awesome.

Truck driver, DAVE, who
has made a documentary
called "Dave, the truck
Driver" will be in the
Cleveland area to tell of his
experience to get healthy;
started on his quest to lose
over 300 pounds. He did
but had a massive heart
attack and a severe stroke
on the way. He was even
told he would never walk
or talk again, however, he
was talking as he walked
out of the hospital just a
short time after that. He no
longer drives a truck but
gives a very inspirational
talk about his journey back.

We are planning on him
being our guest at A
Grazin' Place. on April 23.

WELCOME!

A GRAZIN' PLACE, LLC. is becoming a reality at 2007 Carabell in Lakewood. We are trying to be
open before May 1. It is still a WIP, but starting to shape up. A Grazin' Place will be another source of
fresh, raw organic produce in Lakewood. The city planners in Lakewood have been very helpful to us
in getting this business up and rolling.

We will be selling many repackaged convenience products: Prepackaged entrees, salads, beverages,
desserts, soups and sandwiches to carry out. Raw and cooked organic freshly, prepared, ready to eat
meals made from the freshest and best quality available organic and locally grown ingredients. These
delicious, healthy meals can be ordered and will be ready to pick up on your way home. You may
order from a menu that will be posted on our web site.

These will be prepared by none other than NICOLE TUZZIO, of the ROOT CAFE and formerly of the
Optimal Wellness Center in Lakewood. Her kale chips are THE best! I do believe she is the best RAW
chef in the west and ZACK REINBARGER, who is the manager at the ROOT CAFE kitchen, and a
great chef as well, wait until you taste his soups and other cooked vegan creations.

You may order produce that has been washed and ready for you to prepare your smoothies to get
you on the road without the rush every morning, chopped for a salad or for ingredients in your own
recipes.

We are planning to have a wellness learning center in 2009 Carabell where we will have speakers and
classes about starting on and continuing on the journey to build a healthy immune systems that will
allow your body to fight the things that make one tired, fat and sick.
