The Distillery is housed where the original Southern Tier Brewery was founded and that history runs deep within our walls. Our small batch spirits are crafted with the same attention to detail and uncompromising standards. Because it’s not just the time we put into our spirits, it’s the grain, the passion and the thought as well.
