The hunt is on for the most delicious Texas-made bratwurst! 🌭⭐

As we prepare for our October Texas Table - Hill Country German Heritage menu, Tony had the opportunity today to make the drive up to Llano and spend some time with Brian Miller, founder and owner of Miiller's Meat Market & Smokehouse Llano a Texas business going strong for 41 years!

Brian took him behind the scenes and walked him through the sausage-making process from start to finish, including what he considers to be some of the best bratwurst in Texas.

And, of course, Tony didn’t leave empty-handed. Brian sent him back to Canyon Grille with an incredible goodie bag for our chefs to put to the test.

Then Tony heard about one of their top sellers, blueberry breakfast sausage. Oh yeah... he had to bring some of that home too! 😂

Meet Our FOH Manager - Cassie Patterson. Great restaurants are built by great people, and we’re excited to recognize Cassie Patterson, our Front of House Manager at Canyon Grille.

Over the past several months, Cassie has been helping us create meaningful change across our front-of-house operation; developing our team, strengthening service standards, improving efficiencies, and continuing to elevate the guest experience.

Cassie brings more than 14 years of restaurant leadership experience to Canyon Grille, including nine years with Dave & Buster’s in Orange County, California, as well as leadership experience with Mendocino Farms, Pacific Catch, and Sauced BBQ & Spirits.

What we appreciate most is the energy and leadership she brings to our team every day. Cassie cares about our people, our guests, and helping Canyon Grille continue to get better.
