The City of Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals from enthusiastic, qualified individuals and/or companies to lease an eclectic indoor/outdoor commercial space by providing food, beverage and/or retail services to the general public. The qualified individual or company must have prior successful experience in owning and operating a food, beverage and/or retail business.

Interested parties are invited to submit proposals through The City of Lakeland’s OpenGov portal here:

Thanks for the memories, Lakeland! 🤘🎸

As of July 1, 2024, the Yard on Mass is officially closed. Over the past 5 years, we've gotten to create incredible memories with you of awesome live shows, talented local musicians, incredible food and beer, and so much more. We are grateful to the support of our community and will cherish the fun times we had in our favorite backyard.

Thank you to all our customers, musicians, vendors, and supporters who helped bring the culture of the Yard to life. We couldn't have done it without you 🍻

This Friday night, 6/14, will be our last night for live music as we welcome hometown faves The Sofa Kings with music starting at 7. This is our goodbye celebration and we want to take the opportunity to thank you all for your support of The Yard these last 5 years. We hope to see you Friday for a fabulous night of music, brews, and great food from Brothers Burgers. Cheers Lakeland, ❤️The YoMass Team

We’ve got Gary Love and The Moonlighters for our last Saturday show at The Yard, this weekend 6/8 music starts at 7:00. Come on out for great music, food, and brews. Tito’s Latin cuisine will be with us too. It’s going to be a super Saturday night, cheers Lakeland!

Come on out Thursday for a fabulous cause and a great evening . will be playing one last time and Saddle Burgers will be with us too. Hope to see our friends at The Yard for our last few events before we close on June 15th. Gary Love and the Moonlighters will be playing our last Saturday show on 6/8 and Sofa Kings will be with us for our last night of fun on 6/14. Hope to see you there Lakeland! Cheers!
