WGN dropped by recently to take a tour of our taproom, brewery, and ever-improving courtyard Biergarten!

We talked about Chef Dalton’s delicious food, Lane and Ryan’s diverse beers, and the special community we’ve built here at RTB (shoutout to the regulars who showed up early for the shoot!).

It’s Tuesday at the taproom, the only day we’re open and our kitchen is closed!

Why is that? Because Chef Dalton and his fantastic team need a bit of rest before they fire up the ovens for the serious cooking that happens Wednesday through Sunday!

But don’t worry - you can still bring your own chow, along with your own records to spin for Vinyl Night, and a few bucks less in your pocket because 4-packs are always $2 off on Tuesdays!

We love savory pies but sometimes you gotta break out the Nutella and make room for dessert!

Chef Dalton has created a fresh ode to summer with Sweetie Pie, based on a New York crust, the aforementioned Nutella, and topped with sliced strawberries dusted with powdered sugar.

This is a limited-time addition to our pie lineup, so fair warning to everyone with a soft spot for chocolaty, ripe-berry, fresh-as-a-summer-breeze treats!

We open at 4.
