Some summer traditions get better with age & this Concert Series is proof. As we celebrate our sweet sixteenth season in 2026, we'll continue to do what we do best: transform ordinary summer nights into shared memories set to live music on the shores of Black Hawk Lake in Lake View. 🌊

This year's lineup blends rising national acts with deep-rooted storytelling and undeniable stage energy, reinforcing why the Stone Pier stage has become one of Iowa's most distinctive outdoor concert experiences. 🎵

Sixteen years of families spreading blankets on the lawn. Sixteen years of strangers becoming friends between songs. Sixteen years of Black Hawk Lake as the backdrop for some of the best nights of summer. ☀

Sixteen seasons ago, when the Concert Series was just finding its footing, Bree Schwaller was already here. For years she worked at our concession stand, serving up sandwiches and smiles to anyone who came through the line. She was a superfan, a volunteer, a seasonal neighbor, and one of the most joyful people to ever set foot at the Stone Pier stage.

We lost Bree this past year and are honoring her memory this season with the "Bree Schwaller Spirit Award." It will be given to the supporter who shows up with the heart, the energy and the pure joy that Bree embodied every summer.

Her family will back be in the crowd this season and we are so grateful to have their continued support. We will have our t-shirt gun ready, and we will be firing it in her honor as well. 💙

Save us a spot on the lawn, Bree. See you out there. 🎶

Meet the Artist: Taylor Hunnicutt 🤘

A proud daughter of Alabama with an opera-trained voice and a touring schedule of close to 200 days a year, Taylor Hunnicutt is the real deal. In her years on the road, Taylor has sharpened a show that's equal parts high-energy Southern stomp, country-rock twang, and amplified attitude. She's shared stages with Muscadine Bloodline and Red Clay Strays, but she's no longer the guest artist...she's the main event.

Think: Opera lungs, Alabama grit, and a guitar that doesn't apologize for either.

Meet the Band: Little Hopes 🌿

Atlanta duo Sydney Rhame and Brock Shanks have created their own enchanted take on Americana/country-rock. Sydney was on NBC's The Voice at 16 and later signed to Capitol Records, while Brock (younger brother of Blackberry Smoke's Benji Shanks) brings rich, story-driven songwriting that pulls you into their lavish Southern World. Their debut album "Georgia" dropped in 2025 and if you've heard it, you already know.
