The tomatoes were a gift from a good friend. I love this time of year, all the talented gardeners (not me) are offloading their extra harvest. I’m lucky to know many.

Absolutely lovely wedding yesterday!

We had the pleasure of sourcing all the gorgeous veggies and beef from the Bride’s family farm.

We were too busy to capture the main course or the dessert but apps, sides, and the chickens were well documented 😂

What I’ve been eating lately.

I am not qualified to give any nutritional advice but I will say my energy levels post pregnancy are remarkably high. I just eat what I want, and don’t give it too much thought. The top priority is making things quickly and using whatever I have in the pantry/veggie drawer.

Looking forward to getting back to cooking professionally!
