After 15 incredible years, yesterday we closed the doors of Beef 'O' Brady's Lake Jackson for the very last time.

What started as a fun side project became so much more — a place where friendships were built, birthdays and championships were celebrated, families gathered after games, and memories were made one meal at a time.

To every guest who supported us through the years: thank you. Thank you for choosing us for lunch breaks, family dinners, happy hours, game days, fundraisers, and late nights. Your loyalty and support meant everything to us.

Most importantly, thank you to every employee, manager, bartender, server, cook, host, and team member who helped make Beef’s Lake Jackson special over the last 15 years. The heart of this restaurant was always the people inside of it. Your hard work, dedication, laughter, and friendships created something truly unforgettable. We could never have done it without you.

While this chapter comes to an end, the memories and relationships will stay with us forever.

The love y’all have shown us this week has been overwhelming in the best way. ❤️

Because of the incredible outpouring of support, we’ll be adjusting our final weekend hours to help accommodate supplies and make sure we can continue serving everyone the best we can through the very end.

We are beyond grateful for the outpouring of love, memories, and support you've shared with us this week. It means more than we can put into words. 💙

As we count down to our final day on Sunday, May 10, a quick heads-up: we will not be restocking our inventory, so some of your favorite menu items may run out before we close. We'll keep serving everything we can, for as long as we can — but if there's a dish, drink, or special you've been wanting one last time, come on in soon!

Fifteen years.

What started as a place to gather and dream come true became something so much more — a constant, a comfort, and for so many of us… a second home.

Over the years, we’ve shared life here. The celebrations, the hard days, the laughter, the familiar faces that turned into friendships — and the friendships that turned into family. That’s what made this place special. That’s what made it ours.

To this community — thank you. You gave this place its heartbeat, and it’s something that will be deeply missed.

As many of you know, Alisha has proudly led this location for years, doing everything in her power to keep things moving — fighting for it, showing up for it, and pouring her heart into every detail, every guest, and every relationship built along the way.

Alongside that, Jason has reached a point in life where he’s ready to move forward, and Alisha worked tirelessly to try and position this as something she could carry on independently. At this time, that simply was not something that could come together.

And while everything that could be given to this place has been given, there comes a time when a chapter reaches its natural close.

This is not an easy goodbye — not even close.

Sunday, May 10, 2026 will be our final day serving you at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Lake Jackson.

We would truly love the chance to see you before we close our doors one last time.

Come in. Sit down. Stay awhile.
And if you can… come hug us tight and say goodbye.
