Hewn Spirits is a local, handcrafted, small batch distillery. Our spirits start with locally sourced Bucks County grains and after fermentation are hand crafted in to small batches in our handmade copper pot still. We use Traditional White Oak barrels for the initial aging of our Whiskey, Bourbons, Single Malt, and Rums. The unique flavor and finish profiles of our spirits come from ancient and non-traditional woods used in our secondary aging process. Our distillery is located in Pipersville, which shares the same space as Bucks County Brewery. This allows us to collaborate and create interesting concoctions on location. During the warmer seasons you can find great fare from local food trucks and live music on cool spring evenings and warm summer nights. Our Tasting room in Peddler’s Village is open year round and allows us to get creative with our cocktail menu in tandem with their famous festivals, such as the Apple Festival and the Grand Illumination Celebration during the holidays. So, bring friends, get a cocktail while you enjoy the rustic feel of our tasting room and everything the Village has to offer!
