ssionate about cooking and good products I did all my experience in well-known restaurant in Belgium before moving to California, in Laguna beach, 12 years ago to embark on the Brussels Bistro adventure as a Chef. My desire is to make you discover my passion and Belgian products through the Belgian gastronomy to transport all our customers in Belgium as soon as they get in Brussels Bistro. Nicolas Servais
40 years old, Childhood friend of Thomas, graduated in hotel management, I did my experience in the hotel industry in different countries all over the world. I did own a restaurant and developed a catering business during 10 years in Belgium before moving to California in 2016 !
