Some wines shout for attention. This one simply says, “Leave It With Me.”
Crafted by winemaker Kiara Scott-Farmer, Leave It With Me is one of those bottles that stops you in your tracks before you've even pulled the cork. The artwork is bold, playful and unapologetically different - a reflection of the wine inside.

A blend of 65% Syrah, 25% Cinsault and 10% Grenache from Paarl, South Africa, this 2023 vintage was made with a gentle, hands-off approach. Each variety was fermented separately using natural yeasts before spending time in older barrels and tank, allowing the fruit and personality of the vineyard to speak for itself.

And trust us, this is one bottle you don't want to overlook.

Knorhoek’s Cabernet Sauvignon opens with red berries, cranberries and cassis, followed by layers of sour cherry, flint and leather.

On the palate, juicy dark fruit and ripe plum are wrapped in soft, velvety tannins, giving the wine balance, structure and elegance.

From the heart of the Slanghoek Valley comes a Chenin Blanc that feels both classic and effortlessly drinkable. The Opstal Estate Chenin Blanc is a consistent expression of Breedekloof terroir - showing ripe pineapple, pear and citrus notes, balanced beautifully by fresh natural acidity and subtle leesy complexity.

Crafted from a combination of vineyard sites across the farm, it’s a wine that captures both the vibrancy and generosity Chenin Blanc is known for.

There’s an easy elegance to this wine - bright, textured and made for sharing around a table filled with good food and even better company. A true reflection of Opstal’s long-standing love affair with Chenin Blanc and the Slanghoek Valley they call home

Mahalia Kotjane’s journey into wine began with a school project on yeast and fermentation.

That early curiosity led her to the Western Cape, where she studied agriculture and officially entered the wine industry in 2011. She went on to gain experience at Stark-Condé and Lievland Family Wines before launching her own label, Three Quarters - a brand through which she now produces wines with a strong focus on Stellenbosch.

Her maiden release is a Syrah - the first variety she produced as a student.
