Science Project Brewing Company today in the style of the Escape Velocity Brewing menu.

While supplies last:
- spicy chili (vegan w/out any extra toppings)
- spinach artichoke dip (vegan)
- jalapeño popper tomato melt (veg)
Quantities are limited while we feel out the demand for vegan and veg food in Logansport

Closing the brewery was bitter sweet.

The sweet part is getting to do stuff like this instead of working 100 hours a week to achieve the highest blood pressure and stress on the scale.

Another unique place needs some love. There is a lot of demand for unique food options in Lafayette, a city of mostly chain restaurants.

The movie Demolition Man isn't supposed to come true: "Taco Bell was the only restaurant to survive the Franchise Wars. Now all restaurants are Taco Bell."

The only way to prevent boring food in a city is to support the people that strive to provide a unique experience.

Does anyone have access to a straight boom or other man lift that we could rent for cheap to take down our sign?

The rental places all want about $1000 to rent the equipment for us to take down the sign and the roof angle is a little more than we're happy doing work on with just a ladder and walking around on the roof.

Looking to take it down this Friday morning.

Hey EVB brewing family!

The space we were in is going to be divided up into smaller spaces once we get the equipment out, which means the bar will be demolished unless we can find a home for it.

Do any of you know of someone that would want to salvage a 20ft solid wood bar? The only place it could be disassembled would be a the lower ADA bar, and even that would be tricky. we would give a very good price to anyone that can move it and give it a good home for people to enjoy bellying up to it and enjoying drinks instead of seeing it go to the dumpster.
