Christian would’ve been 32 yrs old today. I don’t usually allow myself to spend time and energy on “what would he be doing now?” I have no idea although his friends that he left are married, getting married, having babies, running successful businesses and basically living very good lives.

Encourage your loved ones to make good choices around alcohol. Recent findings show that people who have ADHD experience alcohol differently than typical people- basically they don’t feel the effects of alcohol as quickly as people w/out ADHD so they often drink more and quicker. This can easily result in overdrinking and possibly dangerous outcomes.

Learn the signs of alcohol poisoning( stumbling, mumbling, cool to touch, unresponsive, vomiting). See someone showing these symptoms, don’t stall, just call 911 and save a life. That person’s family would be thrilled you did! Do something kind for someone today…Christian would love that. Love you & miss you,
