🍓Strawberry/Coconut Margaritas are on the menu for this weekends wedding! I made a delicious syrup from fresh strawberries and coconut sugar.
It’s super simple and tastes amazing!
Here’s the recipe:
1 lb strawberries (stems cut off)
3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup water
Simmer until the strawberries are soft.
Add to a blender and blend well.
Strain out the seeds and viola! 🍓🍹

Beautiful Quinceañera celebration ❤️
This was one of our bigger events but our bartenders handled it with ease. .
The Paloma’s and Summer Punch were served with the freshest ingredients and garnish. The “champagne” toast was heartfelt, the music and dancing was joyous and the drinks were flowing 🥂
Another beautiful evening in the PNW. AND… The Mountain Was Out!!!
