Join us at Point Labaddie Brewery for our next Homestead Class: Pressure Canning Green Beans, led by Cassidy Palmer!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to preserve your own vegetables but weren't sure where to start? This is the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of pressure canning in a fun, welcoming environment!

Cassidy will walk participants through the process of safely pressure canning green beans, including proper equipment, preparation, important safety tips, and step-by-step instructions.

We are offering TWO participation options:

Option 1 – $10 per person: Come listen, learn, watch the process, and ask questions! Perfect for anyone who wants to learn more before trying it themselves.

Option 2 – $20 per person: Get hands-on experience preparing and pressure canning green beans! Participants will also get to take home a jar of green beans they helped prepare.

What to Bring: Please bring a knife and cutting board to use during the class if you plan to participate in the hands-on portion.
